Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and Angel4D (hereinafter "Angel4D", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://angel4d.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Angel4D Platform — including but not limited to placing wagers, participating in promotions, or using the live dealer or sports betting services — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Angel4D Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Angel4D strictly prohibits access to or use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21, in accordance with international online gaming licensing requirements.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by Angel4D or through any recognised responsible gambling scheme — at the time of registration or use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any such person employed by Angel4D or its affiliated entities.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Angel4D Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to notify Angel4D promptly of any changes to your registered details.

4.2 KYC Documentation

As a condition of processing withdrawal requests and as an ongoing anti-money-laundering obligation, Angel4D requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The following documents are typically required:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's License — showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your name and current address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow).

KYC review is typically completed within 24–48 business hours. Angel4D reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction will result in withdrawal requests being withheld until verification is resolved.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any third party. Angel4D will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised account access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Angel4D accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits, which are credited at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless a higher minimum applies under a specific promotional offer. Angel4D does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) no pending security investigations on the Account. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes.

These timings are estimates. Processing may take longer during system maintenance periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Angel4D does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion times but commits to processing requests without unreasonable delay.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Angel4D is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Angel4D reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant international regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Angel4D Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted all applicable rules for that market. Rules for individual sports, leagues (including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, La Liga, UFC, and NBA), and casino games are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted, and no contractual obligation arises, until Angel4D has confirmed acceptance via the Platform interface and the bet appears in your confirmed bet history. Angel4D reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the bet was placed after the event has commenced without in-play markets being declared open; (b) technical errors affected the odds; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity; or (d) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.

6.3 Void Bets

Angel4D may void bets in the following circumstances: event cancellation or postponement (where not rescheduled within 24 hours); demonstrably incorrect odds arising from a technical error; incomplete sporting events where the result cannot be determined. Where a bet is voided, the original stake amount is returned to the Player's Account Balance.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and Player account tier. Angel4D reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts or market segments at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of advantage play or where risk management considerations require.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by Angel4D are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden in individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited in MYR to the Player's Account and may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 welcome bonus requires RM2,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions from different game types may vary. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Angel4D reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, hedging strategies, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per household, IP address, or device unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Angel4D Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where warranted:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (including accounts registered in the name of another person with their knowledge or otherwise).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to circumvent platform security measures, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or anonymisation tools to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithms to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform — whether relating to game outcomes, odds, or account balances — for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money-laundering or counter-terrorism financing laws.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials or Account Balance to any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with Angel4D staff or other platform users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Angel4D Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of Angel4D or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal and recreational betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Angel4D.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Angel4D, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform, whether planned (e.g., maintenance) or unplanned (e.g., technical failure or force majeure events).
• Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or Account Balances resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that Angel4D takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with applicable local laws or regulations governing online gambling in their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Angel4D's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Angel4D's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

Angel4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. We operate strict age verification processes and reserve the right to suspend any Account where there is a reasonable belief that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.

All Players have access to the following responsible gambling tools at no cost via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly MYR deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure time reminders or automatic session termination.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Termination by Angel4D

Angel4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (d) access from a Restricted Territory; or (e) any other circumstances that Angel4D reasonably determines present a material risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its users.

Where an Account is closed due to verified Terms violations, Angel4D reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the Account Balance. Where closure is for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified Account Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

12.2 Termination by Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied or the relevant bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified Account Balances will be returned within 5 business days of a closure request being processed.

Amendments to These Terms

Angel4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email to the address associated with their Account and/or by placing a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2 above.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Angel4D is incorporated and licensed as an online gaming operator. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed in Angel4D's licensing documentation available upon request.

In the event of a dispute between Angel4D and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via Angel4D's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process provided under Angel4D's applicable gaming licence.
